Asset management company Sirius Facilities GmbH develops and operates business parks throughout Germany, providing homes for a wide variety of businesses located in major cities including Kiel, Munich, Cologne and Bonn. In June 2014, they opened the First Choice Business Center in Ruhrturm, Essen which offers modern and contemporary office space solutions for small to medium sized businesses.
However, whilst the centre was in its development stages, Greybox Creative provided presale promotional material to assist the on-site sales team rent out the offices to future tenants. The campaign included a site plan, adverts, posters and brochures.
